Hi Dolls,

Hope you are having a great time. I have been very busy, but below are two food ideas full of protein.

Savoy cabbage with carrot,steak and sweet potatoes (about 300 cals)

Chicken with bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and green beans, all pan grilled (250 cals max)
